Arsenal forward Bukayo Saka has officially signed a new five-year contract, making him the highest-paid player at the Premier League club.
As reported by Sky Sports, Saka's previous contract was set to expire in June 2027, but the new terms will extend his stay with Arsenal until 2031.
Since Mikel Arteta took over as manager in 2019, the England international has recorded more playing time than any other player in the squad.
Despite currently experiencing a streak of 15 matches without a goal, Saka remains a pivotal figure for the team.
His last goal for the Gunners came on December 3 during a 2-0 victory against Brentford.
Born in London, Saka joined the Arsenal Academy at the age of eight and quickly progressed to the first team, making his senior debut on November 18, 2018, in a UEFA Europa League match against Vorskla Poltava.
