Residents of Ondo State are in shock following the abduction of a woman near her home along Oda Road in Akure, which is the state's capital.

A video posted on a Facebook page called Ondo Election displays the chilling moment when the woman was taken by unidentified assailants while her child looked on in fear. In the footage, the child, scared by the sudden appearance of the kidnappers, ran into the house as the mother was forcibly taken away.
