As the leader of a diversified conglomerate active in various sectors and consumer markets, Dangote pointed out that the foundation of their business model is strongly tied to customer partnerships.

“In my role overseeing the varied operations of our group across multiple brands and consumer sectors, our guiding principle remains a unified approach. Strong partnerships with customers are essential for achieving sustainable growth in our organization,” he stated.

He acknowledged that the group has undergone considerable changes in the past few years by increasing its manufacturing capabilities, boosting its brand collection, and modernizing its distribution systems.

“Our group has seen significant transformation over recent years, which includes expanding our production capacities and modernizing our market strategies. Every step taken was shaped by the demands of our customers and the realities of the market,” he explained.

Dangote also recognized the valuable contributions of distributors and trade partners in supporting product introductions and market growth, especially amid challenging economic times.

In a related statement, the chairman of NASCON Allied Industries Plc, Mr. Olakunle Alake, noted that the company's growth trajectory relies heavily on robust customer partnerships and effective execution in a competitive fast- moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.

Alake described the occasion as “both symbolic and strategic,” underlining that it reaffirmed customer service as a fundamental value and highlighted collaboration as a key growth strategy.

Ali Balarabe, who represented 50 honored customers, expressed gratitude to the company's leadership and staff for their exceptional dedication and service, highlighting that he received a 20-ton truck and cash credit as a token of appreciation, which he felt was a testament to the company's standard of excellence.
