Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, known as the former Duke of York and son of Queen Elizabeth II, has been accused of observing a young girl, between the ages of six and eight, endure torture through electric shocks.
Recently evicted from Royal Lodge, the ex-prince stands accused of watching as a female was restrained on a table and subjected to electrical torture, as alleged by Ghislaine Maxwell.
These allegations are said to have come from the Epstein files, which include an FBI report from July 2020 detailing claims of sexual abuse involving Mountbatten-Windsor and the convicted sex trafficker Maxwell, occurring in Surrey during the mid-1990s.
The allegation, reportedly originating from an anonymous informant, further states that Andrew was not alone, with other men also observing the girl being tortured.
Mountbatten-Windsor has consistently denied any wrongdoing or accusations made against him.
The new allegations, which only surfaced in the recently released Epstein files, claim that the acts of electric shock torture took place at Frogmore Cottage located in Windsor, Berkshire.
Surrey Police are appealing to the public for information on old cases of human trafficking and sexual assaults, prompted by distinct allegations relevant to the area. They clarified that their current appeal is unrelated to the electric shock torture claims arising from the Epstein files.
The police department stated that they have come across a redacted report indicating non-recent human trafficking and sexual abuses involving minors in Virginia Water village, between 1994 and 1996.
According to Surrey Police, there is no record indicating that these allegations were reported to them after examining their records.
A spokesperson for Surrey Police commented: "After reviewing our systems using the limited information available to us, we found no evidence of these allegations being reported to Surrey Police."
