Based on the statement provided, the Senate, after reviewing and ratifying the report from the Students’ Disciplinary Committee, confirmed that the Vice- Chancellor and Senate Chairman, Mohammed Khalid Othman, emphasized that the action adhered to proper procedures and complied with the university’s regulations.

The Vice-Chancellor noted that this decision aligns with Section 13.3, Subsection 13.3(c) of the university's policy concerning examination irregularities and academic misconduct.

Prof. Othman expressed appreciation to the disciplinary committee members for their dedication to maintaining the university's academic integrity and ensuring that justice was served impartially.
