A man has expressed his views on residing in Houston, Texas, by drawing parallels between the American city and Nigeria's Lagos. He articulated that his experience in Houston felt akin to living in Lagos, but within a setting that is markedly more structured and orderly.
"If you live in Houston, Texas, you’re not living in America, you’re living in a glorified, organised and refined Lagos," the individual stated.
He further elaborated on the noticeable Nigerian influence in Houston, observing that the Yoruba language is frequently heard and that Nigerian-owned shops and eateries are abundant throughout the city.
