A solid foundation is essential in life, particularly when it involves the divine. As stated in 2 Timothy 2:19, “Nevertheless, the foundation of God stands firm, having this seal: the Lord knows those who are His. And let everyone who names the name of Christ depart from iniquity.”
I am not primarily influenced by the size or grandeur of a church or ministry; rather, my focus is on its foundation. My name is Brother Chukwuemeka Josephat Ejike, and I am grateful to God for my membership in The Lord's Chosen and for the true salvation I have experienced. My son's name is Alex Ebubechukwu and my wife’s name is Chioma Favour Chukwuemeka. Since I joined The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministries in 2019, I have not needed to visit any hospital. Praise the Lord!
Furthermore, exactly nine months after my marriage, God blessed us with a healthy baby boy. Praise the Lord! To recount how I became involved with this significant movement: I was formerly a member of an orthodox church in Ejigbo. At that time, I was suffering from a moving object in my shoulder, which nearly led to a partial stroke. In my prior church, I participated in a seminar titled “Life In The Spirit.”
I posed a particular question, but my inquiries were met with discouragement as they told me it was a no-go area. This left me dissatisfied. When I returned home, I prayed fervently, expressing to God my desire to know the truth about His word because I wanted to secure my spot in Heaven. I truly prayed with tears. During that session, as I knelt in prayer, I had an extraordinary experience where I observed my spirit separating from my body. I could see my spirit moving away while still kneeling. My spirit then entered a particular church.
Upon the pulpit were three microphones, and my spirit stood before them. Suddenly, the General Overseer of the Lord’s Chosen appeared, wearing an apron and began preaching. As he delivered his sermon, I glanced back and noticed that there were no people present.
At that point, I had never met or seen the G.O. I had no intention of joining The Lord’s Chosen; I preferred to attend other vibrant churches rather than Chosen.
I subsequently dismissed the dream or revelation. However, later that week, I felt compelled to pray again, and to my astonishment, I experienced the same vision. Still seeking clarity, I prayed for the third time, and once more the same divine revelation was granted. In this vision, I saw a magnificent sun rising from the east, blazing brightly, and suddenly, flames erupted from it, spreading approximately a pole distance and consuming the surrounding bush—trees, grasses, and mountains were all engulfed.
Everything in its path was incinerated, and while it was destroying all before it, it was simultaneously clearing a way. Eventually, I found my way to The Lord’s Chosen, beginning my worship at a local branch of the church. I prayed earnestly, asking God to reveal to me the true foundation of this church. Instantly, God replaced the branch pastor with someone fitting the description of the G.O., alongside another figure of immense stature adorned with a rainbow. He held a staff in his right hand. After this revelation, I found peace and my doubts were dispelled.
This marked my entry into The Lord’s Chosen, and when I attended the headquarters at Ijesha, the G.O. was ministering and proclaimed, “You, brother suffering from a moving object, I command that object to leave your body.” At that moment, I perceived an eagle flying, landing on my shoulder, locking its gaze with mine before extracting the moving object. Since then, I have not required hospitalization.
The God of Chosen is magnificent. I am thankful for all the miracles I have witnessed; may His name be eternally praised in Jesus’ name. I pray that God grants our G.O. the wisdom needed to guide all his undertakings in Jesus’ name… Amen!
