Cole Allen's unsettling manifesto, written to his family just before the violent incident at the White House Correspondents' Dinner, has been disclosed.

Reports indicate that Allen labeled himself the "Friendly Federal Assassin" and expressed a fierce desire to harm officials associated with the Trump administration.

In the note, he outlined a list of targets, specifying "Administration officials (except for [FBI Director Kash] Patel): they are rated from highest- ranking to lowest," this alarming correspondence was sent a mere ten minutes ahead of his attack, according to a US official.

He wrote, "I can no longer stand by while a pedophile, rapist, and traitor sullies my hands with his deeds," seemingly referring to the president.

Furthermore, Allen stated, "To reduce casualties, I will choose buckshot instead of slugs (which have less penetration through walls)," chillingly acknowledging his willingness to kill everyone present at the event if it meant reaching his intended targets.

"I would indeed cross over most individuals here to reach my intended targets if it were absolutely crucial (considering that many attendees chose to listen to a pedophile, rapist, and traitor, subsequently becoming complicit), yet I truly hope it does not come to that," he added.

Throughout the document, Allen invoked his Christian beliefs as he countered perceived objections to his plans. He also referenced contentious political topics such as the Trump administration's military actions against Venezuelan drug shipments and the treatment of illegal immigrants.

“I believe turning the other cheek applies only to personal oppression. I am not the one who was violated in a detention center. I am not the fisherman faced with execution without trial,” he wrote, as per the sources who provided his notes to law enforcement.

“I am not the innocent child killed, nor the starved child, nor the teenage girl victimized by the numerous criminals within this administration. To turn the other cheek in response to oppression suffered by others is not true Christian behavior; it constitutes complicity in wrongdoing.”

Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche indicated that investigators assert Allen may have taken a train from Los Angeles to Washington, D.C., through Chicago to evade the heightened scrutiny of airport security checks.

Upon his arrival at the Washington Hilton, Allen ridiculed the evident security deficiencies, noting, "I could walk in brandishing multiple weapons, and not a single person would perceive me as a threat."

He observed, "What struck me immediately upon entering the hotel was the prevalent arrogance. No one even considered the possibility that I might pose a danger," adding further, "The security measures were all focused on protestors and arrivals, overlooking the risk posed by someone checking in the day before."

In his disturbing train of thought, he said, "This level of incompetence is astonishing, and I sincerely hope it is addressed when competent leadership is restored to this country." He provocatively added, "Had I been an Iranian operative instead of an American citizen, I could have smuggled a heavy machine gun into this locale without anyone noticing anything. That's absurd," he stated, referencing a nickname for the M2 Browning .50 caliber machine gun.

His brother alerted the New London, Connecticut police regarding the manifesto, according to US officials.

The document concluded with a signature that read, "Cole 'coldForce' 'Friendly Federal Assassin' Allen."

The manifesto, which at times resembled a suicide note, provided a glimpse into his mindset as he prepared for the assault.

Allen expressed, "If anyone is curious about the emotions involved in carrying out such actions: it is horrifying. I feel nauseated; I want to weep over the dreams I will never fulfill, for the trust I am about to betray; I feel rage reflecting on the actions this administration has undertaken."

A US official noted that the Secret Service has conducted interviews with Allen's sister, a resident of Rockville, Maryland, and discovered that he frequently articulated politically radical views and spoke of taking action to resolve global problems.

Authorities verified that Allen purchased two handguns and a shotgun from Cap Tactical Firearms and stored them at his parents’ residence. He was known to regularly practice at shooting ranges, as stated by the official.
