A Nigerian woman has raised serious allegations against FedEx International, accusing the company of colluding with a fraudulent US-based firm known as Myus.com to illegally take possession of her item worth $17,000 (approximately N25 million). The shipment was sent via FedEx to Myus.com in the United States, which was then supposed to facilitate its delivery to Nigeria.
According to the details outlined in a pre-action letter directed at FedEx Nigeria, the item was dispatched on October 28, 2025, with an expected delivery date of November 5, 2025, in Nigeria. However, the woman states that the item never arrived at its destination. Upon seeking answers regarding the situation, both Myus.com and FedEx stated they are unaware of the package's fate. Numerous attempts to communicate with both parties have reportedly gone unanswered.
The woman is now pursuing legal action against FedEx and Myus.com and advises others to steer clear of Myus.com. She has labeled the firm as fraudulent, stating that they entice customers to send their items for shipping but typically end up stealing the goods, later claiming the packages are lost. Afterward, customers are said to be blocked from any further communication with the company.
