Eniola, a Nigerian woman, has come forward with an alarming story about a man she was dating, who lied about his wife's demise during childbirth. Contrary to his claims, she discovered that his wife is alive and well.
This revelation came to light on a Sunday after a well-known user on X advised married men against dishonestly stating their marital status in order to engage in infidelity.
Eniola recounted that she stumbled upon the truth when she arrived at her workplace and saw her boss working on a photo of the married man with his family.
She even offered to personally bring the photo album to his family.
Upon her arrival, the man appeared shocked to see her.
In her own words, she said, "He claimed his wife d!ed during childbirth and sent me a photo of the child. I felt deeply sorry for the child and the emotional distress he must have faced."
She continued, “Then one day at work, my boss was editing a family portrait, and there was my so-called 'talking stage.'
The wife looked stunning!
I volunteered to deliver the photo album, and the man was clearly taken aback."
