Reports indicate that the legal battle between Porsha Williams and her former husband Simon Guobadia has been resolved by a court in Georgia.

Documents from the court reveal that a judge accepted Guobadia’s petition to dismiss a lawsuit he initiated in 2024, which revolved around accusations that Williams suggested through social media that he experienced erectile dysfunction.

Guobadia contended that these posts harmed his reputation, whereas Williams refuted his claims, asserting that the remarks were not aimed at him. In the judge's ruling, it was noted that if Guobadia sought to refile his lawsuit, he might be held responsible for covering Williams' legal fees.

The case's dismissal was linked to Guobadia's declaration that he was unable to appear at the trial due to his deportation from the United States in late 2025. Although Williams consented to the case's termination, she requested that her legal expenses be reimbursed, which was not granted.

Nevertheless, Guobadia insisted that the situation is not yet resolved. “A dismissal without prejudice allows me to completely refile the same claims… No judicial authority has claimed that my allegations lack validity or merit,” he stated.

He further remarked, “The outcome is notably different from what Porsha’s legal team advocated for… She did not achieve the legal validation her team was pursuing.”

Guobadia hinted at the possibility of further legal action, mentioning: “I am currently in discussions with my legal advisors about the option of refiling the case… this issue is far from settled.” This ruling leaves the door open for further legal interactions between the estranged couple.
