Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie have chosen not to participate in the upcoming Easter celebrations with the Royal Family, a decision made with the King's consent.

The princesses have faced significant scrutiny in recent weeks regarding their ties to the convicted sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein. They are among those named in the latest release of Epstein-related documents by the US State Department earlier this January.

Their parents, former Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, have also been prominently mentioned in these files. In October, King Charles removed royal titles from Andrew and Ferguson due to ongoing controversies.

While Beatrice and Eugenie spent Christmas with the King and other royal members at Sandringham, they have remained out of the public eye since the serious allegations about their parents came to light.

A source within royal circles indicated that, with the King's understanding, the sisters will be making separate arrangements for Easter this year. As a result, they will not attend the traditional Easter Matins service at St George's Chapel in Windsor Castle on Sunday.

Just a few months back, during Christmas, the King extended his invitation to both Beatrice and Eugenie to spend the holidays with the royal family, representing a show of support for them amid challenging circumstances. However, royal insiders believe the dynamics have shifted significantly since then.

There is currently no indication that the King plans to revoke their titles, but sources suggest there is considerable discomfort about issuing any public comments regarding the princesses as more allegations from the Epstein files continue to surface.
