Leo DaSilva has voiced his dissatisfaction after yet another employee was terminated for theft from him.

The reality television star remarked that, despite offering competitive salaries and additional benefits, theft still occurs in his workplace.

He took to X to share his frustration, stating: "I had to let go of another employee today due to stealing. I am at a loss as to what more I can offer these individuals."

He continued by outlining the various forms of support he provides: "I cover transport costs, provide meals, help with school fees for their children, and pay them a salary. So why is it like they are seeking to take everything from me?"
