Actress Kelly Kosisochukwu expressed her disbelief after she discovered a snake hanging in her kitchen. In a video she shared, she detailed how she entered her kitchen early in the morning and was startled to see the snake perched on the iron protector near the window.
She proceeded to show how the snake was subsequently killed after being extracted from her residence.
In her own words: "I have heard that snakes don’t climb tiles, yet here was one relaxing in my kitchen. My younger sister woke up in the middle of the night to wash the dishes, but I sent her back to bed. I told her to do it in the morning before heading to church. When I remembered that it was for a 6 o’clock mass, I suggested she should just attend church, and I would handle the dishes later. However, to my shock, when I went to clear the plates and prepare breakfast, I saw a snake. I was left wondering how it got into my kitchen in the first place."
This incident follows the tragic news of Ifunanya Nwangene, also known as Nanyah, a former contestant on The Voice Nigeria, who sadly passed away after being bitten by a snake at her home in Abuja just a day prior.
