Precious Ayidau Jessu, who is studying Mass Communication at the University of Jos, has been declared missing. She departed her family home in Guratop, Rayfield, Jos, on Monday, April 13, 2026, intending to attend an examination.
Her last known location was the Farin Gada Roundabout in Jos, Plateau State, where she was dropped off. Since that time, there has been no further contact or sighting of her.
Her family and friends are urgently appealing to the public for any information regarding her whereabouts. They have requested that anyone with relevant details should report to the nearest police station immediately.
This incident occurs amidst a period of heightened insecurity in Jos, which has unfortunately led to numerous fatalities, including students.
