The United States has laid out a detailed 15-point blueprint to conclude the ongoing strife with Iran, as reported by various media outlets on Tuesday, with Pakistan acting as a mediator to convey the proposal to Tehran.
Israeli news channel N12 stated that the draft outlines specific assurances from Iran, including a commitment to refrain from developing nuclear weapons and to transfer its enriched uranium reserves to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
According to Axios, a U.S. news source, a knowledgeable individual revealed that U.S. envoy Steve Witkoff informed President Donald Trump that Iran had agreed to several pivotal aspects, especially regarding relinquishing its stockpile of highly enriched uranium.
Nevertheless, the exact manner in which Tehran will officially respond to this initiative remains uncertain, as noted by the New York Times.
Israel’s stance, a crucial player in the ongoing conflict, is also shrouded in ambiguity.
Trump has consistently asserted that Iran is keen to reach a deal.
"We are indeed engaging with the appropriate parties, and they are notably eager to finalize an agreement, you cannot fathom how much they desire this deal," he remarked.
Additionally, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Vice President JD Vance are also reported to be actively engaged in the negotiations, according to Trump.
