Mia Wilds explained that her envy was sparked by observing single women on social media seemingly enjoying their lives, with quiet homes, tidy spaces, and the freedom to do as they pleased. Instead of feeling pity, as societal narratives might suggest, she admitted to feeling a pang of jealousy.

She elaborated on the perceived advantages of single life, noting that single women do not constantly worry about preparing meals for a partner, nor do they engage in extensive cooking or cleaning up after someone else.
