Sources Plus Nigeria Limited has completed the extensive refurbishment, with the only remaining task being the installation of furniture, which is anticipated to be finished shortly.

During his visit, the Secretary emphasized his confidence in the project's timeline and encouraged the contractor to address some minor concerns to uphold superior quality standards.

Governor Dauda Lawal has already inaugurated the initial two phases of the project, covering Blocks A and B, both of which are now operational and equipped with solar power systems and Wi-Fi connectivity, thereby enhancing public service delivery.

The JB Yakubu Secretariat, which has stood for 30 years, had long suffered from a lack of significant renovation despite accommodating various ministries, departments, and agencies until recently.
