Air Peace has announced an expansion of its flight services within West Africa, rolling out new schedules designed to enhance connectivity and travel choices across the sub-region.
Set to take effect from April 1, 2026, the new flight schedules are part of the airline's efforts to promote regional integration and support trade and tourism among the capitals of West Africa.
The airline stated that the updated schedules will facilitate easier travel among key locations including Lagos, Abidjan, Dakar, Banjul, Accra, Monrovia, and Freetown, providing passengers with enhanced flexibility and better connectivity throughout the growing regional network.
As part of this new arrangement, Air Peace will operate flights on the Lagos- Abidjan-Dakar-Banjul route, with departures scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
From Lagos, flights will leave at 07:00, arriving in Abidjan at 07:50, then continuing to Dakar at 08:30, where it is expected to land at 11:30. The aircraft will then depart Dakar at 12:10 for Banjul and arrive at 13:00, before returning through Dakar and Abidjan to Lagos later in the day.
Additionally, Air Peace pointed out that further Lagos-Abidjan-Dakar flights will be available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, which will bolster the connections between Nigeria, Côte d'Ivoire, and Senegal.
Moreover, the airline will establish Lagos-Accra-Monrovia flights on the same days, with departures from Lagos at 08:00, landing in Accra shortly after, and subsequently continuing to Monrovia.
Another connection on the Lagos-Accra-Freetown route will operate three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, offering passengers better access to Sierra Leone via Accra.
The airline expressed that the improved flight schedules are specifically intended to heighten travel efficiency among critical West African capitals, enabling passengers to connect seamlessly through its primary hub located in Lagos.
The expansion aligns with Air Peace's broader ambition to establish Lagos as a significant regional aviation hub that connects both West and Central Africa to global locations.
Travelers and partners are encouraged to make the most of these expanded services, which the airline emphasizes will provide competitive ticket prices and additional baggage allowances to support business trips, tourism, and regional commerce.
Air Peace reiterated its commitment to providing safe, dependable, and convenient air travel options throughout Africa and beyond.
