West African carrier Air Peace is set to restart its monthly direct flights from Lagos to Barbados, including a stopover in Antigua. This service, scheduled to commence on May 24, 2026, will establish the only direct flight pathway from West and Central Africa to the Caribbean, aiming to provide smooth travel for individuals travelling for business, leisure, or visiting family and friends.
Passengers will be able to connect to the Caribbean from various points by first travelling to Lagos. The flight schedule is as follows:
Lagos to Antigua is slated to depart at 06:00 and arrive at 15:00.
Antigua to Barbados flights will depart at 16:30 and land at 17:50.
Returning from Barbados to Antigua, the flight will depart at 13:00 and arrive at 14:20.
Antigua to Lagos departures are scheduled for 15:50, with arrival the following day at 01:50.
This initiative highlights Air Peace's dedication to enhancing continental connections and fostering economic, cultural, and tourism relationships between Nigeria and the Caribbean nations. The airline stated that the new route will offer passengers convenient, dependable, and competitive travel alternatives.
Bookings for the Lagos–Antigua–Barbados route are now open through all Air Peace booking channels and authorised travel agencies. Passengers are encouraged to make their reservations early to secure their preferred travel dates.
