Tyopin Monica Mbayilan, a resident of Benue State, recently posted a photo of a 14-year-old girl who gave birth in her local community.
According to Mbayilan, the girl delivered without any issues.
However, she expressed concern about the implications of marrying at such a young age.
In her Facebook message dated Tuesday, January 27, 2026, she stated, “To deliver a child and have complications is not by age, but marrying at this age is not advisable. Can you see this young mother? She's 14. She delivered like a Hebrew woman without any complications.”
