Five teenage boys sustained severe stab wounds after an unidentified group infiltrated a Halloween party in Eastleigh, Hampshire. Emergency services responded to the scene late Saturday night, transporting the victims to the hospital as law enforcement launched an active manhunt and appealed for public assistance.

Five teenage boys sustained critical injuries following a violent knife attack carried out by an unidentified group that forced its way into a Halloween party in Eastleigh, Hampshire, on the night of Saturday, October 31. The victims—three aged 16 and two aged 17—were rushed to the hospital after emergency responders arrived at the residential property shortly after 10:30 p.m. to treat their serious wounds, backed by the deployment of an air ambulance.

Local residents in the Chandler's Ford neighbourhood reported hearing distress cries and commotion, which many initially mistook for late-night trick-or- treaters or standard post-party noise. Law enforcement authorities confirmed that no arrests have been secured so far, prompting a widespread appeal for witnesses, party attendees, and anyone possessing relevant video footage to assist with the ongoing investigation.

What are the police and local authorities saying?

Senior investigating officer Detective Chief Inspector Elizabeth Pirie stated that investigators have been actively pursuing leads overnight, which includes gathering CCTV recordings, examining doorbell and dashcam footage, and interviewing residents across neighbouring streets.

"We are already hard at work identifying anyone who was at the party who may be able to assist our enquiries, whether that be having directly witnessed what took place, having filmed any footage which may be relevant, or who may be able to help us identify the unknown group," DCI Pirie explained.

Liz Jarvis, the Member of Parliament for Eastleigh, addressed the community via social media, expressing solidarity with the affected families while extending gratitude to emergency responders. Local officials, including parish clerk Hilary Blaker, also echoed sentiments of deep shock and urged local residents to cooperate fully with law enforcement personnel as fact-finding efforts continue across the area.
