Noimot Salako-Oyedele, the Deputy Governor of Ogun State, was present to lay a wreath at the Memorial Cenotaph of Fallen Heroes during the Special parade and wreath-laying ceremony for the 2026 Armed Forces Remembrance Day, which took place at the Arcade Ground, Governor’s Office, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta.

Governor Dapo Abiodun reiterated his administration’s unwavering commitment to enhancing the welfare of the families of those soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice in the nation’s defense.

The governor conveyed this message during a ceremonial event that honored the sacrifices of Nigeria's military personnel, which was held at the Arcade Ground in Abeokuta.
