Troops from Operation Enduring Peace (OPEP) have successfully detained a well- known criminal who has been instilling fear among the residents of the Vatt community located in the Jos East Local Government Area of Plateau State.
According to security reports, at approximately 4:10 p.m. on March 24, personnel from Sector 1, Sub-Sector 12, in conjunction with local inhabitants, captured 40-year-old Suleiman Mohammed in the Lamingo area of Jos East.
Recognized for his criminal activities and notorious reputation within the community, the suspect was subsequently handed over to the Keystone Maijuju Division for appropriate legal proceedings.
This operation is part of the ongoing endeavors by the troops of Operation Enduring Peace aimed at upholding law and order, safeguarding lives, and assuring the safety of residents throughout Plateau State.
