A recently surfaced video depicting two senior boys abusing a junior student has elicited considerable anger among viewers.

The footage shows a male student whipping another student, who is lying on the floor of an empty room, with a belt.

As the senior strikes him repeatedly, the junior student is seen pleading for mercy, trying to shield his face with his arms.

In a further escalation, the senior student jumps onto the junior, stomping on his head.

Background voices can be heard pleading with the senior to stop the assault: "Boss, please," they say.

Shortly thereafter, another senior student intervenes, seemingly to help but instead begins to physically assault the junior, pushing him across the floor and stomping on his chest.

"Choice, abeg. Choice, Choice, abeg," a male voice is heard pleading with the second senior.

This incident reportedly took place at Igbinedion Secondary School in Benin, Edo State, as reported by Sahara Reporters.

There have been widespread calls among Nigerians for authorities to investigate the matter and hold the senior students accountable for their actions.
