Paris Jackson, the 27-year-old daughter of the late pop icon Michael Jackson, has recently enjoyed a rare reunion with her mother, Debbie Rowe.

On February 26, Paris took to Instagram Stories to showcase intimate photos from their time together.

One snapshot features Paris beaming alongside a smiling Debbie.

In another picture, both mother and daughter donned matching cream-colored tops, a testament to their close connection. Paris’s caption for the image was simple yet sweet, featuring just the word "Lately" accompanied by a heart emoji.

The relationship between Paris and her mother has not followed a conventional path. After Michael Jackson's passing in 2009 at the age of 50, Paris and her brothers, Prince Jackson, 29, and Bigi Jackson, 24, were raised primarily by their father. Following the divorce of Michael and Debbie in 1999, Rowe relinquished her parental rights, resulting in her absence from Paris's everyday life for many years.

In a 2017 interview with Rolling Stone, Paris reflected on her experiences, sharing how her birth mother felt absent during her childhood. It was not until she started to explore her own identity that she began to seek answers regarding her origins.

Despite this complex history, Paris has consistently emphasized that she was surrounded by an abundance of love growing up, notably from strong female figures such as her grandmother, Katherine Jackson, and her aunt, Janet Jackson.
