During the presentation event, Dr Otuaro highlighted that this initiative reflects his strong dedication to fostering human capital development in the Niger Delta. He emphasized that education is a crucial element for personal advancement, encouraging innovation, and achieving sustainable development.

Represented by his Special Assistant on Special Projects, Engr Sokoto Ebikonde Victor, Otuaro stated that the laptops are intended to furnish scholarship students with necessary tools for their studies, research, and academic excellence in today's technology-driven environment.

"This distribution of laptops emphasizes our profound commitment to the overall academic success of our students. We urge you to use these devices responsibly to achieve excellent academic results and validate your selection for this scholarship," he urged.

He further advised the beneficiaries to maintain focus on their academic work, characterizing the provision as an investment by the Federal Government in their futures and in the broader development of the Niger Delta region.

Dr Otuaro also affirmed that the PAP will persist in implementing programs that support education, skill acquisition, and youth empowerment, aligning with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's Renewed Hope Agenda.

Several beneficiaries expressed their appreciation for the timely distribution, noting that the laptops would significantly aid their studies. They pledged to utilize the devices responsibly.
