A significant protest, branded as the ‘Save Democracy protest’, is currently underway in Abuja, with notable Nigerian politicians and activists participating. Among those present are Peter Obi, Rabiu Kwankwaso, Atiku Abubakar, Rauf Aregbesola, Dino Melaye, and Aisha Yesufu.

The demonstrators gathered outside the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) headquarters in the nation's capital.
