A student at the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE) in Rivers State, Precious Christopher, has fallen victim to a kidnapping incident. The abduction took place on Monday, March 23, 2026, while she was en route to her school.
Reports indicate that Precious had taken a commercial tricycle from the GRA area of Port Harcourt before she was abducted. Shortly after the journey began, she posted a voice note on her WhatsApp status, where her cries for help were audible.
As of the time this report was compiled, security agencies had not yet confirmed the kidnapping incident.
