A tumultuous session took place in the Senate this afternoon following a motion from Senator Eyinnaya Abaribe, who represents Abia South. He urged for individual votes regarding the obligatory electronic transmission of election results.
In response to his call, numerous Senators expressed their discontent, raising their voices to contest his suggestion. Those opposing the motion insisted that any voting should be done collectively, rather than on an individual basis.
