Spanish Teenager Found Stranded in Kano Community

A 16-year-old Spanish national, Alex Ansol, has been discovered alone in Dadin Kowa Village, Kano State, after losing contact with his relatives during a journey from Abuja. He was reportedly travelling to Kano to meet his father when the incident occurred.

A 16-year-old boy from Spain, identified as Alex Ansol, was found wandering in Dadin Kowa Village, located in the Doguwa Local Government Area of Kano State.

The spokesperson for the Kano State Police Command, CSP Abdullahi Kiyawa, stated on Sunday that Ansol, accompanied by four relatives, had arrived in Nigeria on March 30 through Abuja International Airport.

According to reports, the teenager was en route to Kano to visit his father, Ansol Fan. However, he lost contact with his family members on the road between Jos and Saminaka.

The boy, described as thin with a dark complexion and no tribal marks, reportedly speaks English. He provided his address as Barsa Rub, Opp 46 Stadium, Spain.

The Police are asking anyone with information regarding the teenager's situation to contact them at 07038363421 or reach out to the office of the PPRO, Kano State Command.
