Woman Jailed for Revealing Father's Mistress's Intimate Photos Recalled to Prison

A young woman previously incarcerated for publishing nude photographs of her father's mistress has been returned to prison. Eleanor Brown, aged 26, had shared the images on an escort website as an act of vengeance motivated by alcohol, stemming from an affair that severely impacted her parents' marriage.

Brown, who hails from Morley in West Yorkshire, was initially sentenced to three years in prison in October 2024, a term later reduced to two years on appeal, according to Mail Online. She was granted early release late last year, subject to an electronic monitoring tag. However, a Ministry of Justice source has confirmed her recall to prison last month, though the specific reasons remain undisclosed.

Despite her legal troubles, Brown has publicly stated her lack of remorse, asserting, 'I'm not sorry and never will be sorry.' She has also been active on social media, detailing her experiences and complaining about prison conditions.

Over the weekend, she posted a message on her Instagram account, claiming she had been denied contact with the outside world following her recall. It is unclear how she maintained access to social media while in custody.

In her social media post, under the heading 'Eleanor update!!!!', she stated, 'I need you to tell my mum an officer has told me the prison will not let me speak to my mum, all excuses I have been told are excuses. They will not facilitate contact with my mum because of what I have been recalled for, she needs to tell a solicitor. The won't authorise her pin, they won't let me have any contact with her. I have been told this, I also cannot get a legal call until tomorrow…please tell her asap. She needs to go to press with this. They won't let me have contact with outside world!!!! What the f***.'

The affair between her father, Geoff Brown, a former police officer, and his mistress, which began when Eleanor was 14, resurfaced 12 years later to cause further distress.

Geoff's wife, Sarah, who reportedly still harboured resentment towards the woman whose actions nearly ended her marriage, provided sexual images of the mistress to her daughter.

Eleanor subsequently used these photographs to create a profile on a website offering sexual services, charging £5 for encounters and £10 for overnight stays. This advertisement resulted in the mistress's phone being inundated with messages from potential clients.

In October 2024, Eleanor was sentenced to three years in prison. The presiding judge noted her 'staggering' lack of remorse and described her behaviour as 'vindictive, selfish and vengeful.'

Having been released from prison after serving half of her sentence, Eleanor, who had described her imprisonment as 'a joke', maintains she has no regrets about publishing the intimate images.

She commented, 'If I could turn the clocks back the only thing I'd do differently is put my phone in the bin. I would just bin the phone, that phone has got me in so much trouble. But I am not remorseful. I do not hold any remorse in my body. I wouldn't do it again - your nudes are all safe - but I am definitely not remorseful.'

In a separate video shared on TikTok, Eleanor stated, 'I think the moral of the story is that I am not sorry, never will be sorry, will never do it again. And [now] I've got a job, got a house, got a nice fella, got good friends, got a good family.'

The advertisement posted by Eleanor on the Viva Street website reportedly offered sexual services and included a photograph of the mistress. She listed the phone number of the woman's husband, who received 14 text messages and eight phone calls from interested parties within half an hour of the advert going live.
