Igor Tudor has officially left his role as manager of Tottenham Hotspur, effective immediately, following a mutual decision made on Sunday.

The Croatian tactician, who had managed the North London club for 44 days, was unable to steer the team towards any significant success during his tenure.

Tudor took over from Thomas Frank on February 14 but was unable to secure a league victory in five matches. His only triumph in seven games occurred during the second leg of the UEFA Champions League Round of 16 against Atletico Madrid, where Tottenham emerged victorious with a 3-2 scoreline, though they were eliminated on aggregate.

Tottenham has decided to terminate Tudor's contract, partially attributing the decision to a recent family loss he faced. He is set to leave alongside both the goalkeeping and physical coaches.

A club statement read: "We can confirm that it has been mutually agreed for Head Coach Igor Tudor to leave the Club with immediate effect. Tomislav Rogic and Riccardo Ragnacci have also left their respective positions as Goalkeeping Coach and Physical Coach."

The statement further expressed gratitude to Igor, Tomislav, and Riccardo for their relentless efforts over the past six weeks. It concluded with a message of support for Tudor and his family during this challenging time.

Currently, Tottenham is precariously positioned just above the relegation zone, sitting in 17th place in the English Premier League, with only a one- point lead over West Ham United, who are in the 18th spot and facing relegation.
