Authorities recovered various items from the suspects, including N33,150 in cash, a mobile phone, and a blue tricycle with registration number TMW-426WB, laden with assorted food and household goods thought to be meant for insurgent use.

Additionally, the haul consisted of bags of sugar, flour, and rice, as well as cartons of beverages, soap, detergents, spaghetti, macaroni, cooking oil, sweets, matches, and other consumables.

After the suspects were arrested, troops scoured the vicinity but did not locate any further individuals or items of interest.

The suspects, along with the items seized, are now in military custody awaiting further profiling and investigation.

The military leadership has emphasized the continuation of operations throughout the area to disrupt the logistical networks of insurgents, thereby impeding their movements and capabilities.
