The Nigerian Super Eagles are slated to feature in the Unity Cup competition scheduled for May. Their opponents in this tournament will be the national teams of India and Jamaica.
This will mark the third consecutive participation for the Super Eagles in the Unity Cup, with Eric Chelle currently at the helm as head coach.
The West African squad enters the tournament as the reigning champions, having secured victories in the past two editions.
The Unity Cup was successfully revived last year, marking its return for the first time since 2004, the year Nigeria clinched the inaugural title.
In the 2025 edition, which took place in London, the Super Eagles advanced to the final after defeating rivals Ghana 2-1 in the semi-final stage.
The final match saw Nigeria overcome Jamaica via a penalty shootout, 5-4, following a 2-2 draw during regulation time.
Organizers have not yet released specific details regarding the venue for this year's tournament or the complete schedule of fixtures.
Last month, the Super Eagles were involved in international friendly matches, securing a 2-1 win against Iran and a 2-2 draw with Jordan.
