Tragic Loss: Boy Dies Five Months After Surviving Crash That Claimed His Parents in Nasarawa

A young child who was the sole survivor of a tragic auto accident that resulted in the death of his parents has unfortunately died.

The victims, Pastor Emmanuel Oshla Kujeh and his wife Charity, lost their lives in a collision in Lafia, Nasarawa State on September 19, 2025.

Witness accounts indicate that the couple was walking home with their infant when a vehicle struck them after its driver reportedly lost control.

At the time of the accident, their son, who was just two months old, sustained injuries and was immediately taken to a nearby hospital for medical care.

The couple had tied the knot on December 7, 2024.

A family member, Yohanna Habila, confirmed the tragic news on Facebook, stating on February 10, 2026, "Everything happens so briefly. The survivor has gone to be with his parents. A generation cut off. May God comfort our hearts and may all their souls rest in peace. Untimely and prematurely. God knows why."

The loss of this family has sent waves of sorrow throughout their community as they reflect on this heartbreaking sequence of events.
