Theresa Godwin, a recent Nigerian bride, has taken to social media to express her dismay over the wedding cake she received for her ceremony, which took place last Saturday. She shared photographs comparing the cake she ordered with the one delivered, highlighting a stark difference.
In a Facebook post made on Monday, Theresa addressed the bakery responsible, lamenting that they had caused her considerable embarrassment on her wedding day. She declared her intention to ensure the bakery faced consequences for their service, stating that the baker was no longer responding to her calls.
"Please, I urge everyone to avoid patronizing Cake or Bakery. They truly disgraced me on my wedding day," Theresa wrote in her post. She added, "The culprit thinks they can shame me and get away with it. She's not picking my calls anymore. Cake, I tell you. I will teach Cake a significant lesson."
