Veteran Nollywood actor Vitalis Ndubuisi has offered a reflective perspective on life, the process of ageing, and how individuals are perceived by others over time.

In a recent statement, he detailed how priorities and concerns naturally evolve through different life stages.

According to Ndubuisi, individuals in their twenties typically approach life with a carefree attitude, paying little attention to external opinions.

He observed that this outlook begins to change in one's thirties and forties, as people tend to become more conscious of how they are viewed by others.

However, he stated that a significant realization often occurs when individuals reach the age of sixty and beyond.

“They realize people were never really thinking about them in the first place,” he remarked.

Ndubuisi further elaborated that younger generations tend to be future- oriented, while older individuals often look back at their past. This leaves those in their middle years navigating pressures and uncertainties.

He also highlighted that profound wisdom frequently arrives late in life, sometimes at a point when physical mobility has decreased.

“By the time you become wise enough to be careful with your steps, you are already too old to move freely,” he explained.

Concluding his thoughts, he urged people to seize opportunities and take action while they are able.

“So, do what you need to do now,” he advised.
