He mentioned that the switch from AEDC electricity to solar power is intended to resolve the ongoing power issues that have plagued residents for an extended period.

Abdullahi attributed the persistent electricity challenges to elements he referred to as 'saboteurs' who aim to obstruct the provision of electricity to the community.

In his remarks, the Ona of Abaji, HRM Alhaji Adamu Baba Yunusa, disclosed that the council chairman was honored with a traditional title due to his dedication to the advancement of Abaji, particularly regarding youth and women empowerment initiatives.

In congratulating Abdullahi, the monarch expressed hopes that the chairman would ensure that his administration fosters inclusivity for the improvement of the entire council area.

"We have observed your commendable efforts and the passion you have for the development of the Abaji Area Council, which led the palace to bestow upon you the traditional title of Magajin Garin Abaji," the monarch stated.
