Gombe Resident Announcement of Engagement to His Uncle's Daughter with Adorable Childhood Photo

Musa Ahmad Elshaarawy, a resident of Gombe State, is preparing to tie the knot with Khadija, the daughter of his uncle.

He publicized their upcoming wedding via a Facebook post on Tuesday, January 14, 2026, which featured a throwback photo capturing a moment with Khadija from their childhood.

At the time of the photo, Musa was 12 years old and Khadija was just 2.

The wedding invitation indicates that the ceremony will take place on January 23, 2026.

He reminisced, stating, “What God cannot do does not exist. This picture showcases me alongside my uncle's daughter, taken in 2011 when I was 12 and she was 2.”

Musa continued by saying, “I spent a lot of time with her and her mother when they visited our home. We became so familiar with one another that she would cry if I held her, but would be quiet otherwise. I remember saving my allowance to buy her treats like choki choki and cheese balls. Despite her mischievousness, I enjoyed taking her out for fun activities since the shaqwar had a dislike for us. This girl is named Khadeejerh. We have just 10 days left until our wedding.”
