A woman has ignited discussions across social media after sharing her opinion regarding the increasing tendency towards solar energy prompted by frequent electricity shortages.
In a video that has been widely circulated online, she commented that it would not come as a shock if the government chooses to impose taxes on individuals who install solar inverters at home.
She pointed out that ongoing electricity supply issues have driven many families to shift from relying on generators and to start incorporating solar panels and inverter systems in their residences.
"I truly wouldn't be surprised if, in the coming months, the government decides to levy taxes on households with solar inverters installed," she stated.
